Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom and a fantastic view. However, the king bed was not as comfortable as I expected. The service was excellent with a team of six staff members providing top-notch dry cleaning, housekeeping, and valet parking services. The hotel's location in Birmingham's downtown was convenient to everything I wanted to do, including the living area and within walking distance to the museum. The dining experience offered non-traditional fare, and I enjoyed the poached eggs. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.
The hotel was situated in downtown Birmingham, close enough to the museum to walk and in front of area restaurants. The rooms were spacious and had a great view, with local photographs enhancing the decor. The service provided by the six staff members was excellent, offering dry cleaning, housekeeping, and valet parking. The hotel's main dining attraction was non-traditional fare featuring tasty biscuits. The facilities were modern and convenient, making the stay comfortable. Although the vibrant location was perfect for attending a concert at BJCC or exploring the area restaurants, the presence of panhandlers could be off-putting at times.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is ideal, right in the heart of Birmingham's downtown with easy access to everything you could need. The rooms were spacious and modern, and the service was top-notch. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the Wi-Fi was an additional cost.
